You try all possible ways to fix it, yet the PS4 Error (CE-34878-0) persists and doesn’t go away. ![]() The story isn't ground breaking, but its driven along nicely and there is a allot of attention to detail in the missions themselves. It’s such a hard time when you launch you turn on your PS4 and try to play your favorite games, but suddenly you get a message saying: “ An error has occurred in the following application.” with an error code (CE-34878-0) that prevents you from your enjoyment. I've seen this executed far worse in other games. ![]() The third person aspects are done well enough. The characters are entertaining, and there is a lot of small stuff to enjoy. ![]() While the basic story is pretty formulaic, I found it was very well thought out and executed in most cases. I enjoyed the concept of it, but didn't get into it until about a year later. In its early days, the game was too buggy and poorly executed to play it and enjoy it. I've also seen them appear in areas where there is insufficient clearance for the propellers, making their use impossible. I have seen helicopters spawn into enemy bases or spawn on top of other objects and bounce around until exploding. One issue I have had, is with the helicopters and other vehicles you summon spawning in stupid places or in places where you can't use them. I you land on a lat and open space, they will not do this. The only thing that makes them bounce, is landing them on something like a fence, where the collision mesh glitches out and forces the two things apart. I've never gotten out of a landed helicopter and had it bounce on me and kill me after leaving it. This is relaxed so that the stealth is dependent on the player and that the AI doesn't get you into trouble since you have zero control over them. I have seen the AI go places where they should be spotted, but I concluded the same thing as you did. I have over 200 hours into the game and I've never seen some of the behavior you describe. But at least Wildlands isn't as bastardized as Siege is, so it has that going for it. That and they drug the Ghost Recon name through the mud. The game had potential but was let down by poor technical issues and in general lame and uninspired direction (3rd person, mission design, poor story). Multiple times I'd land a helicopter almost perfectly, get out and walk a few feet and then it would bounce up into the air and land upside down blowing me up. I assume it had to do with lack of control for your squad and them constantly walking through buildings/checkpoints so they had to make the various NPCs fairly blind to each other otherwise they'd constantly walk into firefights the player didn't want to get into. Thankfully the enemies wouldn't react to it half the time but many times I died because I didn't notice they were walking along side enemy NPCs. They would walk directly into enemy camps. AI was dumb as rocks and you had little to no control over them. I hated this game for many of these reasons. ![]()
